Today was one of those days that seemed to be busy, without accomplishing much. Some cleaning, some playing, some chores, some cooking, some paperwork, and it was dark before I knew it. Poor Kohen had not gone outside to play all weekend. He ended up taking some nice long naps that ate up most of the daylight. I knew that he needed to get outside, so I told him I would take im on a walk after Isaiah went to bed. He was patient and waited until I had Isaiah down, and then we bundled up. Add in some headlamps, and we were ready for adventure. Sadly, Kohen only lasted until the end of the driveway. He was a bit frightened by all the blackness along with the loud wind. I was able to snap two quick pics as we headed out. Hopefully next time we can make it past the mailbox.

Even if it was short you tried and that counts. He's lucky to have such a fun mom. I may even be so inspired to make donuts tomorrow. MAYBE
